Job Description

JOB CLASSIFICATION: School Office Assistant 

 

LOCATION:     Adult Education 

                               

HOUR:         Monday – Thursday 

                      28 hours per week  

                      8:30am-4:00pm 

  

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum Associate’s Degree or be a current employee eligible for a transfer with a demonstrated proficiency in the skills required of the position 

  • Documented experience in Microsoft Office Programs 

  • Demonstrated ability to work with others in a team setting 

  • Documented superior organizational skills 

  • Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population 

  • Documented ability of constructive communication strategies 

  • Documented knowledge of:

                       Basic First Aid

                     Telephone Etiquette

                     Accounting Skills

                     General Office Practices             

  • Demonstrated ability to learn applicable District Software
