Skill Requirements

High School Diploma, HiSET or greater

Demonstrated ability to lift fifty (50) pounds on a regular basis

Documented knowledge of program requirements & use of electronic records

Demonstrated ability to work with others in a team setting
-
Demonstrated ability in public relations techniques to promote NSLP, NSBP & CACFP
-
Demonstrated ability to complete assigned tasks and reports in a timely manner
-
Evidence of excellent written and oral communication skills
-
Demonstrated ability to follow recipes
-
Documented knowledge of:
-
Quantity food production
-
Storage and handling techniques
-
Sanitation techniques
-
Chemical handling, SDS sheets
-
Interpreting, following and adapting recipes
-
Inventory control
-
Interpreting and maintaining HACCP compliance
-
Electronic System for Point of Service and Reporting
-
Documented knowledge of sanitation as designated by management
